Hi, I'm Daksh.

I grew up taking things apart to see what made them work, and then trying to make them a little better. Software showed up around 15. Not because I loved code, but because it was the cheapest way to find out whether an idea was real.

Most of what I've built since has lived in the gap between technically impressive and someone actually wants this. I've been on both sides of that gap enough times to trust the second one more.

Right now I own the code for a live consumer product, which means the architecture, the users and the judgment calls are all mine to get right. It's the first time being wrong has had a cost I could see.

I don't know exactly what company I'll spend the next twenty years building. I do know what the work has to feel like.
